Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 320 ml coffee, cold
  • 30 ml low-fat milk
  • 7 Sweetener (sweetener tablets)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder or gingerbread spice
  • 20 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender with an ice crusher function and blend vigorously. This recipe is easy to vary. You can use more or less milk, substitute wholegrain coffee for the coffee, sugar for the sweetener, and about 2 tablespoons of syrup, such as vanilla, instead of the spices.
