Salmon spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 bunch dill or frozen dill
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • some pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the salmon into small cubes and the spring onions into thin rings. Mix the cream cheese with mustard, honey, and dill sprigs. Fold the salmon and spring onions into the mixture. Season with pepper. The salmon spread will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
