Great for grilling, juicy and super tasty!
Make a mince mixture from the ground meat, onions, garlic, mustard, eggs, spices, and breadcrumbs (or a soaked bread roll, if you like). Then portion the mince (about 8 balls) and flatten each portion into a rectangular shape on a freezer bag, about the thickness of a finger (large enough so that the cheese and ham don’t overlap). Place half a slice of cooked ham and a slice of cheese on top, and carefully roll up using the freezer bag. (Simply folding it in half will also work, but a lot of cheese will leak out this way.) Press the ends together, making sure that neither the cheese nor the ham is sticking out. We grilled this on the charcoal grill until the rolls were nice and crispy (although pan-frying them should be no problem, too). Tip: Turn carefully to avoid damaging the mince mixture. It will be super moist and require almost no sauce!
