Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g meringue(s), large, about 6 – 8 pieces
  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cl raspberry brandy, maybe a little more
  • 1 cup whipped cream, maybe a little more
  • some blueberries for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Crumble half of the meringues into a glass bowl, arrange half of the raspberries on top, and drizzle with raspberry liqueur. Top with stiffly whipped cream. Layer the remaining ingredients as directed. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Garnish with blueberries and serve with homemade eggnog.
