Crunchy Granola

The perfect crunchy granola recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Oatmeal large leaf
  • 100 g Linseed
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 100 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 75 g Almonds
  • 0,75 tsp Salt
  • 2 heaped tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Honey
  • 100 g Coconut oil
  1. Mix together the oat flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Let coconut oil and honey melt in a saucepan on low heat.
  3. Pour the liquid oil and honey mixture over the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  4. Spread the whole thing out on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for a total of 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Turn once after 15 minutes, then every five minutes.
  7. Take out after 25 to 30 minutes and let cool down. It is best to turn it every now and then as it cools down so that nothing sticks together.
  8. I prefer to eat the muesli with yogurt. It’s really tasty and keeps you full for a long time 🙂
