Noodle and Hunter Schnitzel Casserole

  • 500 g Spirelli
  • 400 ml Tomato sauce
  • Parsley
  • 4 Discs Jagdwurst
  • 1 Egg
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Grated cheese
  1. Boil the pasta in the boiling salted water, drain and drain well.
  2. Mix the tomato sauce – I still had some leftover – with the chopped parsley. If you don’t have any more left, you can also have a drink.
  3. Turn the Jagdwurst in flour, then in quilted egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the sausage slices in a pan with hot clarified butter until golden yellow.
  5. Grease a baking dish and layer the pasta and sausage slices in it.
  6. Now pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with the cheese and put it in the warm oven until the cheese has melted golden yellow.
  7. Now take out the casserole, let it rest a little and enjoy with a small salad if you want.
