Breaded Cheese Schnitzel from Oven
The perfect breaded cheese schnitzel from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Pork schnitzel from the leg
- 100 g Spelled flour type 630
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- 150 g Panko flour
- 1 Sip Mineral water
- 1 Sip Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 Sip Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 Sip Sweet paprika powder
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Parchment paper
- Telly cherry pepper
- The first thing I do is steak the schnitzel with a steaker! You can, but you don’t have to! But then it becomes very tender! 🙂
- Set up a breading line. So 3 bowls, in the first flour, in the second eggs, seasoned salt, whisked garlic pepper, paprika and mineral water, in the third cheese and panko mixed.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Now turn the schnitzel first in the flour, then pull it through the egg and finally bread it in the cheese breading!
- Place baking paper on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Now place breaded schnitzel side by side on top and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes and then turn over. Bake for another 10-15 minutes!
- Take the schnitzel out of the oven and cool for another 5 minutes. Pepper and serve!
- There was also Spirelli and Baden tomato sauce! 🙂

- Badish tomato sauce like in the past / my seasoned salt / garlic-pepper all-rounder; o) I refined the tomato sauce with Piment de Espelette! 🙂
