Currant Jam Toast with Chia Seeds

Currant and blackberry jam
- 0,5 tsp Chia seeds
- 0,5 tsp Margarine
- 75 g Black currants
- 75 g Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 1 tsp Locust bean gum
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- For the jam, wash the berries and puree them with the agave syrup, the locust bean gum and the lemon juice. Then transfer to a glass.
- For the toast, toast the bread slice and brush it first with margarine and then with the jam. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top and consume immediately.
