- 1 Apple
- Natural yoghurt
- Honey liquid
- Blueberries or others
- 1 Biscuit
- 1 Banana
- 1 Sugar and cinnamon
- Cut the apple into small pieces and put a few pieces in a glass with a little honey on top.
- Then add the yoghurt, some cinnamon and sugar and the rest of the apple pieces and the banana pieces and a few berries in the middle. Put some more honey on it and spread a crushed biscuit, done!
