  • 1 Apple
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Honey liquid
  • Blueberries or others
  • 1 Biscuit
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Sugar and cinnamon
  1. Cut the apple into small pieces and put a few pieces in a glass with a little honey on top.
  2. Then add the yoghurt, some cinnamon and sugar and the rest of the apple pieces and the banana pieces and a few berries in the middle. Put some more honey on it and spread a crushed biscuit, done!
