Vanilla Wafers with Caramelized Peach and Honey

The perfect vanilla wafers with caramelized peach and honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Peaches
  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • 200 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Brown sugar
  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix the flour and baking powder together and gradually add the milk and eggs. Finally stir in the rum.
  2. Let the sugar caramelize in a pan, add the peach halves and let them steep for about 5 minutes over a low heat.
  3. Before serving, drip some honey and syrup on the waffle and place the peaches on top.
