Ingredients
- 1 Can Peaches
- Honey
- Maple syrup
- 200 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Rum
- 1 pinch Salt
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix the flour and baking powder together and gradually add the milk and eggs. Finally stir in the rum.
- Let the sugar caramelize in a pan, add the peach halves and let them steep for about 5 minutes over a low heat.
- Before serving, drip some honey and syrup on the waffle and place the peaches on top.
