Vanilla Wafers with Caramelized Peach and Honey

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Can Peaches
  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • 200 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix the flour and baking powder together and gradually add the milk and eggs. Finally stir in the rum.
  • Let the sugar caramelize in a pan, add the peach halves and let them steep for about 5 minutes over a low heat.
  • Before serving, drip some honey and syrup on the waffle and place the peaches on top.
