Cake: Foxy’s Yeast Dough

  • 500 g Sifted flour
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 ml Milk lukewarm
  1. I sifted the flour into the bowl of my food processor, pressed a depression in the middle and crumbled the yeast into it. Sprinkle this with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and add lukewarm milk (enough to almost cover the yeast).
