Ingredients

  • 500 g Sifted flour
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 ml Milk lukewarm

Instructions

  • I sifted the flour into the bowl of my food processor, pressed a depression in the middle and crumbled the yeast into it. Sprinkle this with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and add lukewarm milk (enough to almost cover the yeast). Then I loosely covered the bowl with a Tupperware lid, covered it with a kitchen towel and placed it on the windowsill over the heater for 20 minutes.
  • Then knead the remaining ingredients with the dough hook and the food processor to form a medium-firm dough.
  • I then put the dough in my Tupperware penguin bowl and let it rise for another 15 minutes on the windowsill over the heater. Put the dough on a greased tray ... any topping ...

quantity

  • is sufficient for either 3 round baking trays or a flat baking tray and 1 tart pan
