Cheese and Horseradish Spread

- 6 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 250 g Camembert
- 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 75 g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish glass
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley

- Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, quench, peel and let cool.
- Now cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks and strain them through a sieve.
