3-fruit Jam

The perfect 3-fruit jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Currants
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Mirabelle plums
  • 900 g Preserving sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  1. Mix the selected, washed fruits with the sugar and leave to stand overnight. Then put everything in a chrome steel pan and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and simmer for 4 minutes.
  2. If necessary, skim the jam and immediately pour it simmering hot to just below the rim in clean, preheated jars and seal. Turn the glasses upside down for a moment and let them cool down.
  3. Tip 3: Can also be prepared with frozen fruit.
