Asparagus and Ham Tart

- 250 g Fresh asparagus
- 1 size Fresh tomato
- 100 g Parma ham slices
- 100 g Grated pecorino
- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pizza seasoning
- Peel the asparagus, cut off the ends and cut the stalks into pieces about 3cm long. Remove the roots of the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Grate the pecorino. Cut the Parma ham into strips.
- Knead a dough out of flour, butter, salt, pepper and egg. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Cook the asparagus pieces in boiling salted water with sugar until firm to the bite. Drain and drain. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (fan oven 180 ° C).
- Grease a springform pan (26 cm diameter). I took my silicone mold. Line with the dough and leave one edge to stand. Spread the tomato slices, asparagus pieces and strips of ham on the dough. Sprinkle with cheese and pizza seasoning. And about 25 minutes let it bake.
