Ham – Leek – Tart
The perfect ham – leek – tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 100 g Black Forest ham
- Fat for frying
- 1 pole Fresh leek
- 10 g Butter
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1 Egg
- Pepper, salt, nutmeg
- 75 g Grated cheese
- Peel the onion and roughly dice. Cut ham into strips. Steam the onion in hot fat until translucent. Add the ham and fry with it. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Clean the leek, cut the light green into rings and wash the rest. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the leek while dripping wet and simmer for about 6 minutes. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place in a greased tartlet dish. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Spread the leek on the floor and pour the ham and onion mixture over it.
- Mix the cream with the egg. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Stir in two thirds of the grated cheese. Pour the mixture over the ham. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
