Homemade Nutella

The perfect homemade nutella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 230 g Organic hazelnuts
  • 300 ml Sweet cream
  • 1 blackboard Bitter chocolate
  • 150 ml Mild coconut fat
  1. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan, the thin skin splits open due to the heat, the roasting gives the nuts a great taste. Let the nuts cool down a bit and then rub them between your hands to remove the shells, unfortunately not everything comes off.
  2. Then put the cooled hazelnuts in the high-performance mixer and mix until the mixture is liquid.
  3. Heat the cream and coconut oil and let the chopped chocolate soften. Mix everything well and add to the hazelnut mixture. Now mix everything well and divide the mixture into glasses. 2 of the jars got the names of my grandchildren, an Easter disguise around it and then the Easter bunny had something “delicious” to hide 🙂
  4. Tip 4: If you need something sweeter, you can sweeten it with honey, stevia or even sugar.
