My Best Quark Rolls

  • 300 gr Flour
  • 1 st Egg
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 6 Tablespoon Oil
  • 6 Tablespoon Milk
  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Raisins
  1. Quark with milk, oil, egg, sugar, salt, stir, mix in flour and baking powder, add raisins. Shape around 10 to 12 rolls, brush with canned milk and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
