Chocolate Muffins with Apple

  • 175 g Rama
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 175 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tsp Cocoa
  • 2 Medium apples
  • Muffin tins
  • 125 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Protein
  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. Make a smooth batter from the first seven ingredients, add the apple pieces and mix well.
  3. Prepare the muffin molds, preheat the oven to 180 degrees with a fan oven. Put the dough tablespoons in the molds, bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. When the muffins have cooled, use the powdered sugar, the cinnamon and the egg white to make a topping. Spread on the muffins and cover with pieces of apple, for example. Let dry, makes about 24 muffins
