Chocolate Muffins with Apple
The perfect chocolate muffins with apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 175 g Rama
- 175 g Sugar
- 175 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tsp Cocoa
- 2 Medium apples
- Muffin tins
- 125 g Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 Protein
- Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
- Make a smooth batter from the first seven ingredients, add the apple pieces and mix well.
- Prepare the muffin molds, preheat the oven to 180 degrees with a fan oven. Put the dough tablespoons in the molds, bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- When the muffins have cooled, use the powdered sugar, the cinnamon and the egg white to make a topping. Spread on the muffins and cover with pieces of apple, for example. Let dry, makes about 24 muffins
