The perfect grainless low carb buns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 piece Salt
  • 5 g Baking soda
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 tl Locust bean gum
  • 1 tl Cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together (hand mixer).
  3. Using 2 tablespoons, form 2 rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
