Tarte Flambée with Goat Cheese and Figs

The perfect tarte flambée with goat cheese and figs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 40 g Yeast fresh
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water

For covering:

  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 5 piece Fig fresh
  • 8 piece Blackberries fresh
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix the flour, salt and olive oil and knead with yeast water to form a smooth dough. Cover the yeast dough and let rise for 45 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the onion into thin rings. Wash figs. Roll out the yeast dough very thinly and place on baking paper. Brush with goat cheese. Spread the onion rings, figs and blackberries on top. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter rosemary needles over the top and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
