  • 500 Milliliters Pear juice
  • 250 Milliliters Dry sparkling wine
  • 200 Milliliters Carbonated mineral water
  • 1 small Pear
  1. Cut the pear in half and remove the stone. Cut out with a ball cutter or cut into cubes and place in the freezer for 50 minutes.
  2. Mix the pear juice with the sparkling wine and the mineral water. Add the pear pieces and let rest for 10 minutes.
