Vegan Chocolate Muffins

  • 220 g Flour
  • 110 g Sugar
  • 30 g Cocoa powder
  • 80 g Rapeseed oil
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Flaked almonds
  1. First mix all the moist ingredients together, then add the dry ones.
  2. Fill the muffin tins with the batter and sprinkle with flaked almonds, then bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
