Meatball Casserole

  • 2 Meatballs
  • 0,5 Eggplant fresh
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 1 Pointed peppers green
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 3 tbsp Hollandaise sauce with herbs
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. Wash and chop the eggplant; Peel the onion, bell pepper and chilli, remove the seeds and the membranes and cut into small pieces. Also cut the meatballs into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan; Sauté the onion, paprika and chilli, then add the aubergine and sauté, then season with salt.
  3. Put the pan’s contents and meatballs in a small baking dish, spread the hollandaise on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 12-15 minutes.
