Colorful Pasta Salad with Grilled Sausage

The perfect colorful pasta salad with grilled sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pasta
  • Salt
  • 100 g Peas Tk
  • 100 g Carrotstk
  • 75 g Tartar sauce
  • 50 g Salad mayonnaise
  • 150 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 Tl Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 2 El Chopped basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 Rostbratwurst
  • Oil
  • Curry ketchup
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and rinse.
  2. Peas and carrots for about 5 minutes. Cook in boiling salted water, drain and rinse.
  3. Mix together the remoulade sauce, lettuce mayonnaise, yogurt, tomato paste and basil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the grilled sausages in it.
  5. Arrange the pasta salad and grilled sausages on plates. Serve with curry ketchup.
