Sausages in Dressing Gown

- 4 plates Puff pastry TK
- Flour for the countertop
- 4 Wiener sausages
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
- Sesame
- Let the puff pastry sheets defrost for approx. 10 minutes and then roll them out thinly on a lightly floured worktop. Separate the egg, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Place one wiener sausage at a time on a sheet of puff pastry, brush the free area with the egg white, roll it up tightly and press the ends well so that the seam does not come loose during baking.
- Whisk the egg yolks with water, brush the puff pastry with it and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like. Cut off the excess puff pastry at the ends and cut the sausages into pieces approx. 3-4 cm long.
- Bake the sausages in the dressing gown in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until golden. This goes well with mustard and / or ketchup. 😉
