Sour Cream and Mascarpone Cake

The perfect sour cream and mascarpone cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Buy or bake a cake base
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 1 cups Mascarpone
  • 3 Packets Vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 leaf Gelatin white
  • 250 ml Sweet cream
  • 2 Glasses Blueberries, sour cherries or other fruits
  1. Mix the sour cream, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and sugar.
  1. Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions and stir into the sour cream.
  1. Beat the saws until stiff and fold in as well.
  1. Place a ring around the cake base and spread the sour cream on it – chill for 30 minutes.
