- 4 tablespoon Root vegetable puree e.g. http://www./rezept/501630/Gemuese-Wurzelgemuese-Pueree-vegan.html
- 2 tablespoon Fine oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon Dried herbs
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Flour type 550
- Salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
- Make a thick batter from the ingredients above. Season this with salt and pepper.
- Heat the fat in a pan and add the dough spoon by spoon. Press a little until smooth and let fry.
- Turn and brown on the other side as well.
- I ate these patties with spinach. They also go very well as an accompaniment to meat with sauce.
