Mushroom, Garlic and Rice Noodle Pan

The perfect mushroom, garlic and rice noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Kritharki rice noodles
  • 400 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 125 g Cubes of raw ham
  • 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 4 Tomatoes dried in oil
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
  3. Drain the tomatoes on a piece of kitchen towel, chop them up and add them to the pan
  4. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and add to the mushrooms with the ham – steam everything.
  5. Now stir in the cream cheese and pour in the cream and let everything boil down a little and finally mix in the rice noodles.
  6. Now arrange on a plate and enjoy – Bon appetit; 🙂
