Dessert: Grapes on Vanilla – Budwig – Quark
The perfect dessert: grapes on vanilla – budwig – quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)
- 300 ml Apple juice
- 1 tsp Xylitol (birch sugar)
- 100 g Stomach curd
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh milk
comes to that
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 1 tbsp Real vanilla pulp
- Pluck the grapes from the umbel, pour them into the apple juice, add the birch sugar, bring to the boil briefly and allow to cool again.
- Mix the quark with the oil and milk well, add the agave syrup and the vanilla and mix everything well.
- Fill the quark into glasses and put the cooled grapes on top and decorate with a walnut – it was delicious 🙂
