Budwig curd
- 125 g Lowfat quark
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh whole milk
comes to that
- 30 ml Bourbon vanilla
- 1 tbsp Agave based caramel syrup
to decorate
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and puree.
- Mix the ingredients for the Budwig quark well, the oil should emulsify well with the quark.
Serving
- Put the mangomus in bowls, sprinkle the desiccated coconut on top and add the quark …. mmmhhh delicious :-)))
