Dessert: Vanilla – Budwig – Quark with Red Fruit Jelly

The perfect dessert: vanilla – budwig – quark with red fruit jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)

  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 60 ml Linseed oil
  • 60 ml Fresh milk

join in

  • 1 pole Vanilla pulp
  • 4 tbsp Rice syrup or something similar
  • *********************************
  • 2 handful Tk cherries
  • From my supply
  • 3 handful Tk red currants
  • From my supply
  • 3 handful Tk blueberries
  • From my supply
  • 3 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Water for d. Cornstarch

Make vanilla Budwig quark

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the Budwig quark together, then scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and stir into the quark, mix well with the syrup and place in the refrigerator until serving.
  1. Put the frozen fruit in a saucepan and heat it with the syrup.
  1. Stir the cornstarch into a little water and when the fruit is hot, stir in the starch in sips until it thickens, then let it cool.

Serving

  1. Arrange the quark in bowls and pour the fruit on top.
