Ingredients
 

For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)

  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 60 ml Linseed oil
  • 60 ml Fresh milk

  • 1 pole Vanilla pulp
  • 4 tbsp Rice syrup or something similar
  • *********************************
  • 2 handful frozen cherries
  • From my supply
  • 3 handful frozen red currants
  • From my supply
  • 3 handful frozen blueberries
  • From my supply
  • 3 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Water for d. Cornstarch

Instructions
 

Make vanilla Budwig quark

  • Mix all the ingredients for the Budwig quark together, then scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and stir into the quark, mix well with the syrup and place in the refrigerator until serving.
  • Put the frozen fruit in a saucepan and heat it with the syrup.
  • Stir the cornstarch into a little water and when the fruit is hot, stir in the starch in sips until it thickens, then let it cool.

Serving

  • Arrange the quark in bowls and pour the fruit on top.
