Dessert: Mixed Fruit Under Vanilla Quark According to Budwig

The perfect dessert: mixed fruit under vanilla quark according to budwig recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)

  • 1 small Pear
  • 2 Discs Fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp Xylitol (birch sugar)
  • 125 g Lowfat quark
  • 30 ml Linseed oil
  • 30 ml Fresh milk

complementary

  • 1 tsp Real Manuka honey
  • 1 tsp Real vanilla pod scraped out
  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and put it in a bowl and sprinkle with the birch sugar, then let it rest for about 1/2 hour
  2. Whisk the quark with the linseed oil and milk (none from the tetrapack), allow to emulsify well. Then stir in the honey and vanilla well and then pour onto the mixed fruit and just enjoy.
