  • 500 g Spelled flour
  • 70 g Linseed
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  • 25 g Sesame
  • 25 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 0,5 tsp Honey
  • 450 ml Water
  1. Stir yeast into lukewarm water and then dissolve the honey in it. Then stir all the ingredients together to form a batter in the bowl. Immediately pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and place in the cold oven. Bake the bread at 190 ° C for 1 hour. After baking for 5 minutes, brush the surface of the bread with water.
