Dip: Herb Quark
The perfect dip: herb quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 1 Splash Sparkling water
- 30 ml Cream
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hazelnut or avocado oil as desired
- 0,5 bunch Chives
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- Salt pepper
- Mix the quark in a bowl with the mineral water, cream, sugar, vinegar and oil. Weigh the herbs finely with a large knife and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
