Dip: Herb Quark

The perfect dip: herb quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 Splash Sparkling water
  • 30 ml Cream
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut or avocado oil as desired
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  • 0,5 bunch Dill
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt pepper
  1. Mix the quark in a bowl with the mineral water, cream, sugar, vinegar and oil. Weigh the herbs finely with a large knife and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
