Blueberry Dessert
The perfect blueberry dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Blueberries
- 250 g Ricotta
- 4 tablespoon Cream / sour cream 20% fat
- 1,2 tablespoon Phacelia honey
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 100 g Cantuccini
- 2 tablespoon Orange liqueur
- 1 Fresh plum
- Mint fresh
- Puree the blueberries with the ricotta, sour cream and honey. Add the cream stiffener and puree for another 90 seconds.
- Drizzle the cantuccini (Tuscan almond biscuits) with the orange liqueur and pour into three glasses. Pass the blueberry cream over.
- Garnish with a little mint, blueberries and a sliced plum.
