Giotto Blueberry Curd Dessert

The perfect giotto blueberry curd dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Frozen blueberries
  • 4 tbsp Strawberry jam
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml Whipped cream
  • 100 g Giotto
  1. Thaw the blueberries and stir together with the jam until smooth. Mix the low-fat quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Then layer giotto, quark and blueberries alternately. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
