Giotto Blueberry Curd Dessert

- 200 g Frozen blueberries
- 4 tbsp Strawberry jam
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 125 ml Whipped cream
- 100 g Giotto
- Thaw the blueberries and stir together with the jam until smooth. Mix the low-fat quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Then layer giotto, quark and blueberries alternately. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
