Zabaione Live on Stage
The perfect zabaione live on stage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Egg yolk
- 90 g Sugar
- 250 g Strawberries
- 200 g Vanilla icecream
- 500 ml Champagne
- Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whip until they are white. Then slowly stir in the champagne and whip everything in a water bath until frothy, stirring constantly. Prepare 5 bowls with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and fresh strawberries as a bed. Finally, spread the zabaione over it.
