Cherimoya Yogurt Dessert

- 0,5 Cherimoya fresh
- 300 g Yogurt greek
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoon Flowerhoney
- 4 tablespoon Puffed amaranth
- 3 tablespoon Orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Halve the cherimoya lengthways and remove the pits. Drizzle with some orange juice. Dice the cherimoya. (You can eat it with the peel).
- Put a tablespoon of orange juice in a bowl. Add the cherimoya and mix with the orange juice. (Otherwise you will turn brown). Add the yogurt and mix.
- Add the orange liqueur, amaranth, honey and vanilla sugar and mix everything well. Let rest for 30 minutes and serve.
- I bought the cherimoya in a large supermarket in the exotic fruit department. The cherimoya has a pleasant, sweet, creamy taste. You should let them ripen at room temperature for about two days after buying them.
