Cherimoya Yogurt Dessert

  • 0,5 Cherimoya fresh
  • 300 g Yogurt greek
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Flowerhoney
  • 4 tablespoon Puffed amaranth
  • 3 tablespoon Orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  1. Halve the cherimoya lengthways and remove the pits. Drizzle with some orange juice. Dice the cherimoya. (You can eat it with the peel).
  2. Put a tablespoon of orange juice in a bowl. Add the cherimoya and mix with the orange juice. (Otherwise you will turn brown). Add the yogurt and mix.
  3. Add the orange liqueur, amaranth, honey and vanilla sugar and mix everything well. Let rest for 30 minutes and serve.
