Turkish Yogurt Cake with Sesame Seeds

- 1 Glas – 175 ml
- 3 Glasses Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Glass Sugar
- 1 Glass Yogurt
- 1 Glass Oil
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- To sprinkle:
- Sesame unroasted
- Grease a round baking pan (Ø30 cm diameter) and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees).
- Make a dough from all the ingredients mentioned except for the sesame, put it in the previously greased pan and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Don’t forget the stick test.
- Let it rest in the tin for 10 minutes and only then turn it out onto a serving plate. Cut the cake into diamonds or into any pieces and serve.
- If you like, you can dust it with powdered sugar.
