Seasoned Noodles – Nice and Hot and Sprinkled with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
 

  • 170 g Pasta of your choice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 1 pinch Seasoned pepper
  • 2 pinches Chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water for about 11 minutes until al dente and put in a colander to drain.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil with Provence herbs, pepper and chilli flakes in a pan, stir once and mix immediately with the drained pasta.
  • Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with the lightly toasted sesame seeds. I served the pasta with "pimientos de padrón" and "ox cheek ragout".
