Seasoned Noodles – Nice and Hot and Sprinkled with Sesame Seeds

The perfect seasoned noodles – nice and hot and sprinkled with sesame seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 170 g Pasta of your choice
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0,5 teel Herbs of Provence
  • 1 Knife point Seasoned pepper
  • 2 Knife tips Chilli flakes
  • 2 teel Roasted sesame seeds
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 11 minutes until al dente and put in a colander to drain.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil with Provence herbs, pepper and chilli flakes in a pan, stir once and mix immediately with the drained pasta.
  3. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with the lightly toasted sesame seeds. I served the pasta with “pimientos de padrón” and “ox cheek ragout”.
