Ingredients
- 170 g Pasta of your choice
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 pinch Seasoned pepper
- 2 pinches Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 11 minutes until al dente and put in a colander to drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil with Provence herbs, pepper and chilli flakes in a pan, stir once and mix immediately with the drained pasta.
- Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with the lightly toasted sesame seeds. I served the pasta with "pimientos de padrón" and "ox cheek ragout".
