Autumn Tofu Mince Stew

The perfect autumn tofu mince stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Big carrot
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 Potato big
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Tofu
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp Fried potato seasoning from Herbaria
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Crumble the tofu and mix it with a little oil and the spice.
  2. The vegetables are diced.
  3. You fry the tofu in the pot, then add the vegetables, sauté them briefly and then extinguish with broth.
  4. Cook until the desired bite is achieved. Put in plates and sprinkle with parsley.
