~ Mediterranean Garlic Prawns from Grill ~

The perfect ~ mediterranean garlic prawns from grill ~ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Frozen prawns with headless shells
  • 250 ml Olive oil
  • 1 piece Round clove of garlic
  • 4 piece Limes fresh
  • Sea salt from the mill n.B.
  • Black pepper from the mill n.B.
  • Parsley n.d.
  1. Defrost the frozen prawns and place them next to each other on an aluminum grill tray.
  2. Cut the peeled clove of garlic into small cubes and mix them with the olive oil. (Waiting time approx. 15min)
  3. Use a brush to brush the prawns with the olive oil and garlic mixture. Then season with the pepper, salt and plenty of parsley.
  4. Now grill the garlic prawns for about 5 minutes on each side. Make sure that the olive oil can drip through the bowl and ignite on the charcoal !!!
  5. Let the prawns cool down briefly before peeling them. Enjoy the prawns with a garlic dip, with the juice of the lime and with baguette bread. Enjoy your meal!
