Chicken Sticks in Honey-mustard Sauce

- 600 g Chicken fillets
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 50 g Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Sherry vinegar
- Thyme
