Chicken Sticks in Honey-mustard Sauce

  • 600 g Chicken fillets
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 50 g Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry vinegar
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil for frying
  1. Cut the chicken into finger food-sized pieces. Pepper and salt.
