Ingredients
 

Marinade (a ladder)

  • 0,5 l Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 pcs Chilli peppers and garlic
  • 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Rub

  • 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • Mix of spices to taste

Mopping sauce

  • 125 ml Apple juice
  • 125 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

Ice cream sauce

  • 0,5 bottle Ketchup e.g. Aldi
  • 1 Splash Worcester sauce
  • 50 ml Apple juice
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Garlic powder as desired or pressed
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar not too much
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak ribs in the marinade overnight. Or rub first with mustard and then with the rub and leave it on overnight.
  • So 3 hours indirectly on the rib holder, then wrapped in aluminum foil for 2 hours and then coated again for an hour without aluminum foil but with an ice cream sauce. Tastes very good. The grilling temperature, which should not exceed 110 ° C, is important.
