Ice cream sauce

  • 0,5 bottle Ketchup e.g. Aldi
  • 1 Splash Worchester sauce
  • 50 ml Apple juice
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Garlic powder as desired or pressed
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar not too much
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
  1. Soak ribs in the marinade overnight. Or rub first with mustard and then with the rub and leave it on overnight.
