Quark with Potatoes and Linseed Oil
The perfect quark with potatoes and linseed oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Quark
- 100 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
- Linseed oil
- Salt
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 Onion
- 6 Potatoes
- Cook the potatoes (as small as possible) with their skins in salted water.
- Peel and dice the onion. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls.
- Mix the quark in a bowl and add the mineral water in sips. Stir until the quark is creamy. Now add a large pinch of salt, the chives rolls and a large sip of the linseed oil to the quark and stir well again.
- Drain the boiled potatoes and peel them if necessary.
- Arrange the potatoes and quark on a plate. Possibly salt the potatoes a little (if you like). Put a few diced onions and a drop of linseed oil on the quark and then let taste.
